We ordered from this location tonight. We read the reviews before collecting and were concerned about what experience we were going to have due to all the negative reviews. But we didn't have to worry! The food was ready when I arrived at the specified time and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with our order, but they went above and beyond to fix it for us - and fast. It was delicious too. We will definitely go again! It is so nice to have a location so close to us.

We order 30 traditional wings with 4 different sauce , the order was ready when i got to the store and was ready for pickup . but the to go bag didn't have enough wet napkins and regular once as well , only 2 were placed in a bag , ...i would assume they should give enough based on the order . over all experience was good .

I ordered this online for pickup on my way home from work. My order was ready on time, and the wings were cooked and sauced perfectly. The 3 varieties of wings tasted hot & fresh. Veggie sticks were cool & crisp. Glad I gave this location another chance now that they've gotten the kinks worked out!

Even though that I waited for 1 hr & 40 min for my order, the manager was trying to help and he was very respectful with customers that they don’t understand the situation and they were rude with him. I understand that they shouldn’t take more orders but they were overwhelmed and they working hard to get the orders as fast as possible, I think next time we need to prepare better to watch the super bowl. Also, maybe because Im not a big fan of the super bowl I was only hungry

Order online and they were only 8 minutes longer than expected which was pretty fast for the first day of March madness. Got the bone in medium wings and 20 boneless wings and they were hot and delicious. Cooked perfectly. Felt bad because only 3 people were working for how busy they were but they were working fast.
